01 // Who we are

Who we are.

Holo Intelligence makes Holo Intelligence UI. This notice explains the app’s data flows and this website. Holo Intelligence is currently the project name; the legal operator and a working privacy contact must be confirmed before the site opens for purchases.

Use the contact section for the published support details when available. Your AI providers and connected services are separately responsible for information you send to them.

02 // What stays on your PC

What stays on your PC.

The UI keeps your settings, local memories, activity history and app records in your local profile. Microphone, camera and clipboard history start off. You choose whether to turn them on.

  • Voice recognition runs locally through Whisper. Meeting audio is processed in memory and is not saved by the meeting-notes feature. Transcripts and notes are kept locally, protected with Windows encryption.
  • API keys, connector tokens, meeting records and clipboard history use Windows Data Protection API encryption. This is protection for stored files on this PC; it does not make a compromised PC safe.
  • Clipboard history is opt-in. It skips text marked private and tries to filter likely secrets, but detection is not a guarantee. Switching history off clears the saved history.
  • “What’s on my screen?” captures an image when requested. The app does not save that screenshot to disk. The image goes to the selected vision model, which may be a cloud provider.
  • PC performance readings feed your panels and paired screens. They are functional local data, rather than a website analytics service.

Local-AI mode uses local models for AI tasks. For local speech output too, select the local voice engine. Licence checks, downloads and connected services can still use the internet.

03 // What can leave your PC

What can leave your PC.

External services receive your network address and ordinary connection information when your PC contacts them. The table describes the app data involved.

DataGoes toWhen and why
Licence key, hashed machine identifier, PC name, app versionConfigured licence serviceWhen licensing is enabled, at launch and periodically each day to validate the trial or licence. Signed answers remain valid for 7 days offline. Builds without a configured licence service skip this check.
Prompts, conversation context, tool results, selected files or screen imageYour chosen AI providerWhen you use a cloud model with your own key. Requests go from your PC to that provider. Context can include connected-service information relevant to a task. The provider’s retention and model-training terms apply.
Meeting transcriptSelected chat modelWhen notes are summarised. Choosing a cloud model sends the transcript or intermediate notes to that provider.
Text to be spoken and authentication keyElevenLabs or OpenAIWhen you select a premium voice. The local voice engine does not use these speech services.
Account authorisation, service queries and commandsServices you connectFor features such as calendar, mail, music, games, weather or Home Assistant. Permissions and the selected service determine the data exchanged.
Download requests and technical connection dataSoftware and model distributorsWhen installing Ollama, fetching models, speech or vision models, or optional GPU libraries. Sources include Ollama, PyPI and model hosts.
Messages and files you deliberately sharePaired screens, PCs or an agent you runWhen you pair a display, share a clip, or authorise an agent task. Only pair devices and services you trust.

The current app does not include an automatic analytics or crash-report upload service. Information you choose to send in a support request is handled as support correspondence.

04 // This website

This website.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It remembers your chosen colour theme in local storage under holo-site-theme. You can remove that preference in your browser’s site-data settings.

Your browser contacts Google Fonts to load the typefaces. Google receives connection information such as your IP address and the font request. The website host can process standard request and security logs, including the requested URL, time, browser information and IP address.

The FAQ search runs in your browser. The contact form prepares a message in your email application; it does not submit your entries to a website backend. Your mail provider handles a message only if you send it.

05 // Payments and email

Payments and email.

The planned checkout is Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. It handles payment details, taxes and receipts under its own terms and privacy notice. Full payment-card numbers do not reach Holo Intelligence. Order details such as name, email, country, order identifier and payment or refund status may be available to us for fulfilment and support.

Emails you send can include your address, name, order information and any diagnostic text or attachments you choose. We use that information to answer your request. Do not include API keys, passwords or private meeting content. This site has no newsletter signup or marketing-email system.

06 // Why information is used

Why information is used.

Information handled by Holo Intelligence is used to fulfil purchases and licences, answer support requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the relevant grounds can include performing a contract, complying with legal duties, and legitimate interests in security and responding to enquiries. Optional permissions remain your choice; where consent is the legal basis, you can withdraw it.

We do not operate an advertising profile or sell personal information through this site. Choosing a cloud AI provider or connector is a separate disclosure to the service you selected.

07 // Keeping and deleting information

Keeping and deleting information.

Local app records remain on your PC until removed through the relevant app controls or your profile data. Meeting notes can be deleted. Clipboard entries can be removed individually, cleared, or deleted by switching history off. Exported files and backups remain wherever you saved them.

Support, order and licence records may need to be retained to resolve enquiries, provide continuing access, prevent repeated trials, and meet tax or other legal duties. The public policy must name the final retention periods or criteria for the chosen service providers before launch; no fixed deletion schedule has yet been agreed. Other providers apply their own retention terms.

08 // Security and transfers

Security and transfers.

The app protects stored secrets with Windows encryption and verifies signed licence answers. Keep Windows, your app and your account credentials secure. No storage or transmission method can promise complete security.

Google Fonts, checkout, email, hosting and any cloud AI services you choose may process information outside your country. The final service locations and, where required, appropriate transfer safeguards must be confirmed before public launch. This draft does not claim that a particular transfer arrangement is already in place.

09 // Your choices and rights

Your choices and rights.

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; or withdraw consent. GDPR and UK GDPR also provide a right to complain to your supervisory authority, including the UK Information Commissioner. Some US state laws provide rights to know, correct, delete, obtain a copy, and opt out of covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, without unlawful discrimination.

These rights have conditions and exceptions. We may need to verify a request without collecting more information than needed. Use the published privacy contact once available. You can separately change app permissions and delete local records at any time. For data held by your AI, payment or email provider, use that provider’s rights process.

10 // Children and shared PCs

Children and shared PCs.

This website does not provide child accounts. The app’s kid-safe mode is a local control for a parent or carer; it is not a replacement for supervision or a promise that a connected AI service is suitable for a child. A parent or carer should choose permissions and providers on a shared PC and follow each provider’s age rules. Contact us if you believe personal information about a child has been submitted inappropriately.

11 // Holo Cloud

Holo Cloud.

Soon Holo Link, community gallery sharing and cloud accounts are not live. The planned server supports account emails, sign-in records, licence and activation records, contacts and deliberately shared content. Before these services launch, this notice must explain their active providers, retention and sharing controls. They are not required to browse this website.

12 // Changes and contact

Changes and contact.

We will date changes to this notice and explain material changes before introducing new data uses where required. The description must be checked again when the licence service, checkout or cloud features are activated.

For questions, use the help and contact page. Its support address will be available when the operator’s details are confirmed.
